Cash-on-delivery contact requests

On supported Polish and Spanish offer pages, with your permission for an order-related call, we send your name and phone number to the supplier through dr.cash. A delivery region may be required to check mainland coverage. These forms do not collect card details or health information. The seller confirms commercial terms and handles delivery and payment. Encrypted server records and provider status notifications are retained for up to 30 days. Advertising measurement is a separate optional permission; names and phone numbers are not sent to Google. Each offer links to its localized privacy notice.

Affiliate transaction notifications

We may receive encrypted ClickBank notifications about affiliate commissions, refunds and chargebacks. We retain transaction summaries and a separately encrypted archive of complete notifications for up to 30 days for reconciliation, delivery troubleshooting and reprocessing. Notifications may include buyer contact or address fields, order items, commissions, refunds, device information and advertising identifiers supplied by ClickBank. These fields are not exposed in public reports or ordinary dashboard summaries. Archive access is restricted to server-side operations; archives are not used for buyer profiling or remarketing. Contact us below about access or deletion requests. Receiving a notification does not automatically establish a link to a Google advertising click.

Advertising conversion measurement

Outside the minimal US flow described below, with your optional measurement permission we associate an opaque checkout tracking reference with your advertising click identifier (GCLID, GBRAID or WBRAID) for up to 30 days. Supported checkouts may return that reference in a ClickBank transaction notification. Confirmed commissions and later value adjustments can then be sent to Google Ads with the advertising identifier, event time and a pseudonymous transaction identifier. Buyer names, email addresses and delivery addresses are not included in these uploads. We do not use these records for advertising personalization. Conversion uploads can be withheld where identifiers, permission or provider support are missing. Declining measurement keeps checkout links usable.

In the explicit-permission flow, advertising identifiers may be kept in this browser tab's session storage to preserve measurement across our pages, for up to 30 days or until the tab session ends. Turning optional measurement off removes that browser data and the current measured session's stored advertising identifier and pending association. Previously processed Google Ads records follow Google's own retention policies.

Information this site collects

For the explicit-permission flow, with your permission for optional measurement we also save a Google advertising click identifier (gclid), when present, and fixed campaign and ad identifiers. These are stored on our server for up to 30 days to help reconcile advertising clicks with affiliate sales. They are not displayed in public reports. We do not treat a checkout click as a confirmed purchase. Withdrawing measurement deletes the current measured session and its click identifier.

Outside the minimal US flow, if you allow optional measurement this site records a random session identifier, a fixed campaign reference, an allowlisted page reference, the event time, and coarse events: a page view, a guide opened, a calculator used, a chord tool used, a practice plan created, a seller link clicked, the selected package reference and purchase-button position, 30 or 60 seconds with the page visible after measurement begins, or coarse scroll-depth milestones (25%, 50%, 75%, 90%). These are engagement signals, not proof that someone read or looked at specific content. A session lasts up to one hour. It is not a verified person or sale.

Our page event collector does not collect names, email addresses, medical information, calculator input, practice settings, individual note choices, search terms, precise locations, or a recording of your browsing. The chord explorer generates sound on your device and does not load a third-party audio service. This site does not set up health-based advertising audiences.

Privacy choices and retention

You can decline optional measurement and still use the guide and seller links. A preference is saved on your device for up to 180 days. Measurement records are scheduled for deletion after 30 days; expired records are excluded from reports. Global Privacy Control disables optional measurement.

Use “Privacy choices” on the guide to change your preference. Declining stops measurement and requests deletion of this page session's stored events. For other access or deletion requests, contact the publisher. Events are pseudonymous and may not be identifiable from your name alone.

Affiliate links and external websites

Clicking a seller link takes you to ClickBank and the seller's website. The link includes our affiliate and campaign references so commissions can be attributed. For a measured purchase, an opaque reference may be added to the checkout link. The raw GCLID is retained privately on our server and is not forwarded in the current checkout links. Only exactly matched GCLID purchases are eligible for our Google uploads. The seller and ClickBank apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

We may receive affiliate commission and campaign reports from ClickBank and Google Ads. We do not receive your payment details through this site's event collector.

Hosting and security

The production site is designed for hosting on Netlify. Hosting providers necessarily receive connection information, such as an IP address, to deliver and protect the site. Security rate limits use a short-lived keyed hash of connection information; the site's analytics database does not save raw IP addresses. Provider logging and retention are governed by the provider's terms and configuration.

Access to operational reports is protected with a server-side password and an expiring session cookie. We do not sell event records or send them to an AI service in this version.

Updates

This notice must be updated before introducing a new data use, advertising tag, provider, or collection method.
